-Allows you to edit and customize Appointment Reminder settings.
1. Select Appointment Reminders from the settings menu. This will bring you to the Appointment Reminders page.
2. You must first select if you would like to send appointment email reminders to your customers.
3. If you choose to send send appointment email reminders to your customers, you must then select how many Days Before Appointment to send reminders, Reminder Time, and Date & Time Display.
4. After entering your desired appointment information, you may then edit the Email Template provided below
5. Below the Email Template is the option to include the Technician Bio with the Appointment Reminder, check the box if you would like this option included.
6. When finished editing your Appointment Reminders settings select Save at the bottom of the screen. Your Service screen is refreshed and a message at the top of the page in a green box now appears: “Appointment Reminders settings were successfully Updated”. Repeat these steps to edit Appointment Reminders settings at any point using Fieldwork.
