Editing Your Company Information
If you are editing your Fieldwork account for the first time, directly after you receive the welcome to Fieldwork screen, the following instructions apply:
1. Select the gear Icon in the upper right.
2. Select Company Information
At this point, you have the opportunity to Edit and Review your company’s contact information including, Company Name, Business Address, Phone, Fax, Web Address, Applicators License number, Business License number, Logo, Header Color, Currency Symbol, Show distance in, outgoing email that is seen in all messages sent to customers from Fieldwork (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org), and time zone (for correct calendar scheduling).
3. Select Save to update your information.
4. Your Account Settings screen is refreshed and a message at the top of the page in a green box now appears: “Company Settings were successfully updated”.
The Account Settings page is now complete.
-Once you have reached this point in the setup process, you will utilize the Vertical Navigation on the left of the screen. You may choose to customize these categories in any order, at your leisure. For instruction purposes only, the next step is setting up additional Branches, Users and Routes.
