- To Edit the details of your Invoices, Select Invoices in settings. This will bring you to the Invoices page.
- To begin Editing your Invoice Details, Choose a starting Invoice and Transaction number. These values will auto increment.
- Next, Edit the Email Template below, this Text will be included with the email that will accompany your invoice when sent.
- You may add Footer Text that will display on the Footer of all invoices below in the appropriate box.
- Finally, You may check the following options of Automatically apply positive credit to open invoices balance and to Display the previous balance on the account on invoices.
- When finished editing your Work Order settings select Save at the bottom of the screen. Your Service screen is refreshed and a message at the top of the page in a green box now appears: “Invoice Settings were successfully updated”. You will then be brought back to the Work Order Template Screen. Repeat these steps to add and edit Invoice settings at any point using Fieldwork.
