In App Calling/E-mailing- Fieldwork Mobile App is all about connecting your company to customers and technicians in the field. Fieldwork offers the ability to make In App calls and email from your mobile device.
- This can be accessed through the Customer Detail page. There are two methods to reaching the customer detail page, first select Customers from the Dashboard. Your Customer List will appear, select the desired customer and the Customer Details page will appear.
- You may also access the Customer Detail page from the work order page of the desired customer. from the Work Order Screen select the company name below driving directions. This will bring the Customer Detail page.
- To Call,From the Customer Detail, select the displayed phone number for the customer. The Devices native calling app will open and the begin the call.
- To E-mail, from Customer Detail, Select the displayed E-mail address for the customer. The Devices native E-mail app will open and you are able to create and send an email.
- For these functions to be accessible the proper contact information must be entered into the customer account upon creation (ie: Email address and phone number)
