-Fieldwork features detailed reports for Accounting, Operations, and Financial sections of your company. Fieldwork reports are fully customizable allowing you the ability to arrange your data reports to fit your company. All reports can be shared or kept private. All reports on Fieldwork allow you to sort data by ascending or descending numerical value as well as rearrange columns. Fieldwork is a website that is responsive to the device in which you are accessing it from. If while viewing fieldwork on a computer and you decrease the size of the window it will go into I-Pad viewing mode. To return to computer view expand the window and it will reorganize appropriately. To access the Reports for your company on Fieldwork select Reports from the top menu.
-The following functions apply to all Reports in the Accounting and Operations sections.
If you select a reports you will be brought to a report page. At the top of this page there will be a bar that displays the following functions: Export, Save, and a Heading Selector.
Export– Allows you to Print this Report, Export Reports to a CSV file, and Export to a PDF file.
Save-If the Save button is selected, a window will open that will enable you to save the current report with a name and it can be viewed in the saved reports list. You may also enable sharing of this report to other users on the account.
Heading Selector– This option allows you to customize which section headings appear on your reports. Simply uncheck the headings that you do not wish to appear on the report and Fieldwork will load the new desired headings and provide a new report. You may go back and check any heading again and it will be re-displayed on the report.
-In the Accounting Reports section, you may view reports such as : Gross Receipts, Accounts Receivable, Invoice List, Taxes Report, City Taxes Report, Country Taxes Report, Sales Commission Report, Customer Profitability Report, and Service Profitability Report. These various Reports allow you to view the company from an accounting standpoint.
Gross Receipts– Provides Receipts from payments received, grouped by month.
Accounts Receivable– Lists outstanding invoices for customers from four distinct time frames:30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and over 90 days.
Invoice List– Provides a full list of invoices. Filter by Date, Route, Invoice number, or Customer.
Taxes Report– View the taxes owed by State and County that services are completed in, these can be filtered by month and year.
City Taxes Report– This Report provides a list of the taxes owed to a City/Cities that services are completed in. These can be filtered by month and year.
County Taxes Report-This Report provides a list of the taxes owed to a county/counties that services are completed. These can be filtered by month and year.
Sales Commission Report– This Report provides an in detail report showing sales made by users, and the commission they take from the overall sale. This report will provide full details on the given sale.
Customer Profitability Report– This Report will show your company how much profit it makes serving a customer or customer group in a specified time.
Service Profitability Report– This Report will show your company makes on a individual service during a specified time.
-In Fieldwork Operation Reports you are provided details and information about the current activity of your company. These reports include: E-mail Delivery Status, Audit Trail, Route Production, Route Production Summary, Service Appointments, Call List, Customer List, Service Location List, Avery Customer Labels, Blank Service Ticket view, NYSDEC Report, California Material Report.
E-mail Delivery Status– This Report allows you to track the status of all emails sent using Fieldwork. This will also show how many clicks and opens the email has had.
Audit Trail– This Report shows a record of changes made to the fieldwork database. This will include the user, the action performed, What, and the Time this action occurred.
Route Production Report– This Report will give a breakdown of the production and services completed of a selected route. Includes details such as Start time, Duration, and if there is a callback.
Route Production Summary– This Report will give you a summary of the total sales revenue that has been accumulated from a selected route during a time period.
Service Appointments Report– Provide full details regarding service appointments on Fieldwork. This includes: Customer, Service, Route, Start Date, Duration, Callback, and the price for the service.
Call List– This Report is used to show calls that should be made to customers regarding Services. On this page it will give a full detail of the customers account and information.
Customer List– A Report providing Customer details including, Account number, Customer Type, City, State, and Zip code.
*Service Location List– Report used to show where services are completed at for customers, includes contact and location information.
Avery Labels– This report will display customer contact information formatted to be printed on Avery labels. Filtering options TBA
Blank Service Ticket-This page will display how a blank service ticket will appear to your customers.
NYSDEC– This Report will display any transactions or materials used in the state of New York. This Report is specific to Companies and Technicians completing services in New York, for record keeping, and filing purposes.
California Materials Report– This Report will display any transactions or materials used in the state of California. This Report is specific to Companies and Technicians completing services in California, for record keeping, and filing purposes.
– In Fieldwork’s Financial Reports section you are given the tools to compare and evaluate the Financial breakdown of your company. The Financial reports section enables you to make comparisons for Route Production, Customer Profitability, and Service Profitability. The reports in this section offer the ability to save and export the selected report.
Route Production Comparison– This Report will allow your company to compare the production of a selected route during two different time periods.
Customer Profitability Comparison– This report will compare two customers and the profit your company makes serving a customer or customer group in a specified period.
Service Profitability Comparison– This report will compare the profit made on a service during two specified periods.
