The Fieldwork Mobile App for iOS and Android and the online, cloud-based software work together seamlessly to provide an integrated solution for pest control companies. Fieldwork organizes and streamlines all field operations, daily tasks and administrative tasks. A complete customer database, visual calendar, scheduling/pre-scheduling, customizable service reports and customizable invoices are the basic features of the system. The Fieldwork mobile application displays daily Appointments, digital service tickets, customer contact information, service location, and allows technicians to track material usage and target pests. The mobile application also has advanced digital features such as customer/technician signature capture, email delivery of service reports, wireless printing, photo documentation, PDF forms for termite and contract renewal, and barcode scanning for device management.
Fieldwork was built from the ground-up as a three-part program. The primary portion is a cloud-based system that allows users to log in to their Fieldwork account through any computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone with an internet connection with a web browser. The site works best with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari – it will load with Internet Explorer but will have display issues. The second portion is the Fieldwork Mobile App. Fieldwork Mobile App should be downloaded to your mobile device from either the Google Play Store (Android) or the iTunes App Store (iOS). Once it is downloaded, login with the same user name and password you use to access the online system. Information is synced with the online system (automatically syncs once you log in) and this portion of the system can be used off-line or without an internet connection once the sync is complete. The third and final portion is your Customer Portal. All Fieldwork accounts come with a free Customer Portal and you can opt to turn on this portal at any time by creating a custom URL within your Company Settings. The Fieldwork Customer Portal improves your customer’s experience by communicating important service related data with 24/7 online access.
