Transform Your Calendar

Optimize. Automate. Synchronize.

The new calendar and scheduling features in Fieldwork will transform your scheduling strategy from Defense to Offense and move you beyond managing costs to increasing profits.

This week, we added the ability to sync your Fieldwork Calendar to your Outlook, Google, and Apple Calendars.

Simply, copy and paste the URL located in your User Settings or download the Download.ics file to import your Fieldwork appointments.

When you click on the event in your personal calendar, you will see:

  • Customer Name
  • Appointment Day/Time
  • Service Location
  • Service Type

Automated Routing is transforming into a super cool new feature.  You may have noticed a new button in the lower right-corner of the Calendar page — But you haven’t clicked it… Yet.

Fear not.  The AutoRoute is still in Beta mode and by clicking this button you initialize a simulator, not the real-deal.  So, please try this new feature out and let me know what you think.  It will not attack your calendar.

The new AutoRoute feature enables you to:

  • Filter Dates to Route Specific Time Frames
  • Select the # of Stops you want in each day
  • Include Lunch Breaks (define the time & duration)
  • Include Scheduled Work and Work Pool Appointments
  • Define an Assignment Rule
